We want every seeker to be fully satisfied with their experience. This policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds are handled for our courses, sessions, retreats, treks and products.
Courses, sessions, retreats and treks
Fees, payment terms and the cancellation window for each programme are stated in the confirmation you receive from our team. If you need to cancel, please notify us in writing as early as possible so that we can offer a transfer to a future date or a refund in line with that confirmation.
If we cancel or reschedule a programme, you may transfer to the new date or receive a full refund of any amount paid for it.
Books, CDs/DVDs and products
Physical items that arrive damaged or incorrect can be returned or replaced. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the item.
Digital downloads cannot be returned once they have been delivered.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
